Tiered Desk File Organizer, 4 or 7 Tier, 9.1 or 13.4 in Wide, PVC

Your desk is covered in paper. Bills, printouts, magazines, school letters - one stack you have to fan through. This is a tray tower: one slot per pile, so you pull the pile you want straight out without lifting the ones above it.

Sizes: two widths and two heights. The 9.1 in wide version is 12.2 in deep, 10.6 in tall in 4 tier or 15.7 in tall in 7 tier; tier gap is 2.8 in (4 tier) or 2.0 in (7 tier). The 13.4 in wide version is 9.8 in deep, 9.1 in tall in 4 tier or 15.4 in tall in 7 tier; tier gap is 2.4 in on both. The 13.4 in version takes A4 and US Letter flat.

Assembly: slotted panels, slots together by hand. No screws and no tools. It ships flat. A pen cup is included and sits on top.

Best for: loose A4 and US Letter sheets, magazines, thin catalogues, flat binders and folders up to about 2 in thick. The desk first - home office, dorm, reception counter. Anywhere the top of the desk has to stay clear.

Not ideal for: standing binders - the slots are trays, not a vertical file cabinet. Thick lever-arch files needing more than about 2 in of clearance. Kitchen or bathroom use where the panels sit in splash or steam. It is not a bookshelf, not a drawer unit, and not a vertical file cabinet.

How to choose: measure your desk space first. Measure the width and depth you can give up. Measure the height you can live with under a shelf or monitor. Then pick the width that fits and the tier count that holds your piles. The maker does not publish a per-slot or total load rating, so the honest guide is one pile or one binder per slot.

In the box: flat panels, a pen cup, and the slotted parts. No tools needed. Material is PVC. Colour is white. Packed weight runs from 3.2 lb for the smallest version up to 4.6 lb for the widest 7 tier version, panels still flat. Load capacity: unknown.
