Stowline started with a problem we kept running into: most storage is built for a shelf that doesn’t exist in your home.
A closet is 15 inches deep, or 22. The gap under a sink is 9 inches on one side and 12 on the other. The rack you buy online says “fits most closets,” and then it doesn’t fit yours.
So we sell the adjustable kind. Widths that slide, legs that level, brackets that clamp instead of drill. When a product has a range, we publish the whole range instead of one number — because that single number is usually the one that doesn’t fit.
We keep the catalog small on purpose. Fewer products means we can measure the actual thing before it goes up, rather than copying a spec sheet from somewhere else.
If you’re not sure a piece will fit, email us with your measurements. We would rather answer that question than process a return.
