No-Drill Suction Cup Laundry Hamper, 20.1 in, Steel Mesh, Two Sizes

This is a wall hamper that hangs from a suction pad. No drilling, no screws, no adhesive strips. The bracket body is ABS plastic with a silicone suction pad, and the basket is powder-coated carbon steel mesh. When it is empty the basket folds flat against the wall, about 2 in deep, so it stays out of the way in a small bathroom or a rented flat where you cannot put holes in the wall. Best for: smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces. Tile, glass, painted metal, laminate. That covers most bathroom walls and the back of a door if the door is painted and flat.

Not ideal for: textured plaster, unfilled grout lines, or wallpaper. The suction pad needs a solid seal to hold, and those surfaces do not give it one. The supplier does not publish a load capacity for either size, so we are not going to guess at one. Keep that in mind and do not overload it.

Two sizes. The single basket is 20.1 in tall overall, with a basket 17.7 in high, 10.9 in wide and 8.1 in deep. The double is the same large basket with a second smaller one beside it, 9.8 in high and 4.6 in wide, at the same 20.1 in overall height. How to choose: if you sort lights from darks or whites from colors as you undress, the double is the one that does it. You get two baskets on one bracket and you stop dropping clothes on the floor or running a second basket. The single is for one stream of washing, or a tight corner where the extra 4.6 in of width will not fit.

In the box: one wall bracket with suction pad and the steel mesh basket or baskets, in gunmetal or cream white. It suits a bathroom, a bedroom, a laundry corner, or behind a door, and it holds worn clothes, towels, or gym kit. Check your wall is smooth and flat before you buy, because that is the one thing the mount depends on.
