Adjustable Clamp-On Hook for Desk and Shelf Tops 0.6-2.3 in Thick
You know the problem. Your desk has no edge left to hang anything on, and the shelf above the washer is already full. I made this hook for that exact spot.
Best for: Home office desks, dorm desks, pantry or garage shelves, and kitchen island overhangs. The jaw opens wide enough for tops from 0.6 to 2.3 in thick, and you tighten it by hand. No drilling. No adhesive. No marks left behind when you move it.
Not ideal for: Anything thicker than 2.3 in or thinner than 0.6 in, or a top you cannot reach the underside of. The clamp needs both faces of the top to bite down.
The aluminum body is rated for 66 lb and up, so a loaded bag or a set of keys is not a worry. The upper hook opening is 0.9 in and the lower is 0.8 in, with a hook depth of 1.7 in. Overall height is 4.3 in.
How to choose: Pick the fixed version if the hook stays put and you want the lowest price. Pick the fold-flat version if you share the desk or the shelf sits in a walkway, because the hook swings away flat when you are not using it. One pack covers a single spot. Two pack covers two spots, like a desk and a garage shelf.
In the box: Your chosen hook count, the rubber-padded jaw already on the body, and the hand-tightened screw. Nothing else needed.
Measure once. Fit it forever.
